Jess + Moss
This captivating chain of non-chronological images filled with summer atmosphere makes an impression of a young boy and his adolescent cousin recollecting their summer holidays. In the middle of the spectacular rural parts of Kentucky with its lonesome farms, two main characters reveal, although timidly, their secrets and desires. In order to make the impression of selective memory in which some of our experiences are stored in the bright colours while the others fade away, the film was made on dozens of various film materials of a different age and visual characteristics.
