Home in Mind

Tami, a newcomer to the online 3D world of Second Life, approaches owners of virtual Second-Life homes in an attempt to re-discover her own lost home. Blending Second-Life and real-life footage, Tami explores the experience of home in the virtual era, and the ability to capture it on film.

Tami Liberman

Tami Liberman (1983, Israel) graduated in film studies from Tel-Aviv University. While practicing both directing and scriptwriting, she focused mainly on video editing in various fields – documentaries, television shows, music videos, fiction films and others. In 2013 she completed her MA studies in Visual and Media Anthropology in the Freie Universität Berlin.
