Two Fresh Surprises - Darkplace and The Mighty Boosh Night

For the first time in Czech Republic, FFF will present the Garth Marenghi's Darkplace. The sophisticated Britcom uses a made-up pulp-fiction writer to celebrate genre clichés of cheap 80's films and fiction, exploiting contemporary chauvinism, shamelessness of the authors and the brazen freedom of the subculture. Screenwriter, actor and director of this series, Richard Ayoade, is well known for his character of Moss in IT Crowd.

Many artists known from Darkplace and IT Crowd also appear in other series marathon shown at FFF this year, The Mighty Boosh. The Mighty Boosh Night at Palac Akropolis will start at 8 pm with a concert of Kapitan Demo, followed by the Resets DJs. The screening of the first series of Vince Noir’s and Howard Moon’s show starts at 10.30 pm.
