KVIFF CILECT 1994-2003
After the restructuralisation of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and regarding the fact, that the KVIFF started to be organized annually, the CILECT RIFE festival became a integral part of the KVIFF. Student films were presented in a prestigeous non-competitive film programme.

This situation lasted until 2003, when the non-competitive CILECT section became a starting point and a base for the then forthcoming Fresh Film Fest.
