Album Feed My Lion was produced by Armin Effenberger, who is the brain of the band Cartonnage. 12 songs combines elements of electro pop, 8 bits, ambient mood but also hip-hop. The lyrics were written by Pavla Milcová. The album contains several musical surprises including electro version of "The Tiger" (lyrics by William Blake), already sang by Jitka with the band Fiction, now featuring Colin Stuart (Factory Color). Another guest is a singer Vanda Choco (Cartonnage), who collaborated with Jitka already on the duet Big Demoiselles.
"What is important among all these 8 bits sounds, euphoric dance rhythms, rap passages and carefree melodies is that the songs did not lose the essence of greatest need: they are not a stylistic exercise, but true songs," wrote Honza Vedral for MF Dnes.
